Nelson Montes
THE TECNOPLANO was established in 1966 by Nelson Montes , being the first Portuguese company dedicated to the Management of Construction Projects (“Project Management” and Engineering and Management Consulting).
In 1972 it was formally registered as TECNOPLANO, SA constituting a reference in the market for its “know-how” and permanent updating, for the methodologies developed, for its dissemination and application in projects of great complexity and dimension.

Manuel Matos Pinho
In 1999, the Company was acquired by Manuel Matos de Pinho who, with thirty years of distinguished professional activity at LNEC, as a Designer, in the Technical Construction Department, in the Management of Construction and Real Estate Companies, began a process of diversification of the TECHNOPLAN to new areas of activity. This process, based on competences already endogenous in the Company, but not explored, allowed a systematic approach to new sectors of the market, and the provision of multidisciplinary capabilities to respond in a global and integrated way to the needs of Customers.
